The team connects physical systems, sensing and data, crop requirements, project delivery, and stakeholder needs without treating any one discipline as the whole solution. The aim is to produce work that can be evaluated in context and understood by the people expected to use it.
Working model

A future collaborative program may combine technical development with producer feedback, applied evaluation, coordinated workshops, and public operational guidance. Each part informs the next rather than operating as a separate track.
